Separate out Early & Late Start time Error Rules

Yes!!! I also want to track punch in times. I want to tag a shift that started xx (user input) min late. With split shifts I want to track the first shift of the day separate from after break or lunch. I want to have easy to print weekly, monthly and other period reports. I have to creat reports now.
I would love to have quick ability to present compliance to rules.
My rules are:
1) you can’t be more than 5 min late without getting tagged.
2) If you fail to log in on time more than 20% (of your first start time of a given day (I’m not counting coming back from break or lunch) over all your scheduled shifts for the month then you fail the month on time policy.
3) If you fail the month on time policy more than 2 of the last 10 months then disciplinary action is taken.
I call it the 80/80 rule. It’s designed for the habitually late employees. It’s seems to always be 50/50 for the ones that are always on time or always late. If I get my always late to be 80% on time I’m feeling great. I have had success with this program but struggle to get real time analysis and warning to staff that are about to fail. It sure would be nice for the staff to see their status real time (when they punch in) so they could adjust their behavior quickly. Any manager beating the dead horse with “your late again, let’s talk” will think Zoom is the “chosen one“ if you could make this happen. Please save me!!
